Accessibility statement
Loreon aims to make its 2026 publication readable with keyboard navigation, clear headings, strong contrast, descriptive alternatives and responsive layouts. We continue to test page structure and welcome reports of barriers.

Contact 7 The Crescent, Brighton, BN1 1EE, United Kingdom or +44 161 743 9182. Tell us the page, the difficulty and your preferred format. We aim to acknowledge within five working days. Helpful details include the browser or assistive technology being used, the heading or control involved and whether an alternative route is needed. We will consider requests for an accessible electronic copy, plain-language explanation or another reasonable format where practicable. We do not require a diagnosis or other sensitive personal detail to investigate a barrier. If a third-party service affects access, we will record the issue and raise it with that provider where appropriate.
The accessibility approach includes meaningful headings, visible focus, descriptive link text, keyboard access to navigation and text alternatives for informative images. Some documents or embedded third-party features may not yet meet every expectation, particularly where their technical controls are supplied externally. When that occurs, Loreon will consider a plain-text explanation, an accessible copy or another reasonable route to the same information. The site does not require a visitor to disclose a disability or medical detail when reporting a barrier. Requests are logged only as long as needed to investigate and improve the service, normally no longer than 24 months after closure. We aim to provide an initial response within five working days and, where technical work is needed, to give a progress update within 20 working days. Feedback about a failed alternative route can be sent to the same Brighton address or telephone number.
